Monday Celebrity Grocery Store Sightings

Monday, at my local grocery store, I saw two more actresses: Julie Cobb (I remember her as the mom in “Charles in Charge”…shut up…you watched it, too) and Liz Sheridan (Seinfeld’s mom)! What with Holland Taylor last week, apparently Monday is Female Actors In A Comedy Series Shopping Day…

Did I mention that I love L.A.? Just checkin’.

You may be seeing awesome character actors in LA...but I had a tres LA moment the other morning. The light was green, but cars were stopped in the crosswalk - some asshole was crossing during a green light. That asshole was a Charlie Chaplin impersonator...clearly on his way to the Chinese Theater for a day at "the office." Best part is that he was running across the street a-la-Chaplin. Only in LA...

Wow!! It's almost forgivable that he was holding up traffic, because when are you gonna see THAT again? And it gave you a cool little anecdote! Only in L.A., allright!
